My Wedding Photography Process

Booking

When you choose a package & wedding date, I’ll send over a contract and an invoice for your retainer. A 25% non-refundable retainer and a signed contract are required for your wedding booking. Once I receive the signed contract and retainer your wedding date is secured and added to my calendar. Retainers can be paid via Stripe Invoice, Zelle, or Venmo.
Your Engagement Session

Engagement sessions are perfect for getting your save the date photos and also allow us time to get to know each other before your wedding day. If you are booking my Opal or Amethyst Package your engagement session is free. My Sunstone package includes rehearsal dinner coverage or a day before session so you still get some extra camera time if you’re not local to Pensacola.
Wedding Prep

I got married in 2020, and I understand how hard the planning process can be! I would love to help you in any way I can. I will be sending over to you a full wedding questionnaire for you to fill out so we don’t miss any of the photos that are important to you on your wedding day. Before your wedding date, we can also meet up or chat on the phone and go over your personalized timeline to ensure everything runs smoothly the day of.
Photo Delivery

Weddings require anywhere between 50-70 hours of post processing work. Because of this, I ask you to please be patient with me while I am going through the editing process for your wedding images! I promise I am just as excited as you are.
In terms of my editing. I will always edit to correct lighting and to correct colors. Although my edits and coloring will be similar to what you see on my website, it is important to note that your wedding will look different than every other wedding I have photographed because it will be unique to YOUR day. I do not edit to photoshop bodies or for beauty. Beauty touch ups are an additional $10 per image.
I know the wait for photos is difficult. I will be sending you some sneak peaks within three days of your wedding. Your completed wedding gallery will be shared with you digitally no later than 10 weeks after your wedding date.
Rush processing and delivery can be provided for an additional $200 fee.

The Collections

The Opal - $3,500

If your wedding events will be happening at all at one location throughout the day 8 hours of coverage is usually perfect. If your getting ready, ceremony, and reception are happening at various locations- additional coverage time may need to be added.

The Sunstone - $6,000

A DESTINATION WEDDING PACKAGE - Perfect if your wedding is not located near Pensacola, FL, you want multiple days of coverage, and don’t want to stress the travel details.

Wedding Weekend Coverage (Rehearsal Dinner, Additional Couples Photos, The Entirety of the Wedding Day)

Customizations

SECOND PHOTOGRAPHER $60/Hour with a 4-hour booking minimum.

WEDDING WEEKEND COVERAGE

Would include coverage of your rehearsal dinner, additional time for couples photos, or anything you want documented from your wedding weekend. This coverage comes included in my Sunstone Package.

AN ENGAGEMENT SESSION

If you book with me for your wedding- my Opal package includes a one-hour, one-location, one-outfit, engagement session within an hour of Pensacola FL. For my Sunstone package- I will travel for your engagement session at an additional cost. If you are interested in increasing the amount of time for the session or the amount of outfits for the session, that would be an additional fee as well.

ADDITIONAL HOURS‍ ‍

Any additional hours can be added to any wedding package for an hourly rate of $400 per hour.

RETOUCHING + BEAUTY‍ ‍

Besides lighting correction and simple blemishes, I do not typically photoshop bodies or retouch skin etc. If this is a service you are hoping for, I offer photo beauty retouch for $10 an image!

FILM ROLL

The cost of the materials and development of 30-35 Film Images would be $50.

TRAVEL

I will travel literally anywhere for your wedding. The only additional charge will be the cost of the flight + accommodations. I offer an all inclusive travel package- or you can choose to break that up individually. We would go over any travel fee information before you finalize your booking so there are no surprise costs to you.

ALBUMS

My gallery Delivery Site, Pic-Time, has an online store where you can purchase albums and prints. You may download your images and print them at your printer of choice.
